GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS

According to the article, there are two forms of democratic government system. One of them is parliamentary system. This system is cited by the concentration of government power on parliament. The prime ministry and its cabinet are part of the parliament member and they have to meet with assembly regularly.
On the other hand, lecturer talks about other form of democratic government system instead of parliamentary. It is presidential system. This system is common in United State. According to this system, there is clear separation among executive, judicative, and legislative power. It designs to make sure independency in doing their jobs. The chief of executive power is president who is not the member of parliament.

After several months, perhaps years, I open my web and try to write something. It is still difficult for me to express my idea, to share my feeling, and to state my opinion through this media. Time and laziness are the most reason behind it. However, after consider several reasons, I do realize that this tool is very important for me especially to keep and improve my writing's skill. After I had passed iBT Test two months ago, I never study English anymore. I only read some articles in daily newspaper just before go to bed. I thought that with this activity, I can still keep my ability but it does not work because till now, I cannot create an academic paper in proper way. Besides, when begin to read, sleepiness attacks me without an early warning.
